User Content: We do not store your mind maps on our servers. All mind maps are stored locally on your device.

When you use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers

Our application may request the following permissions:

Internet Access: Required to authenticate users and process AI requests
Microphone: Required only if you choose to use voice input for AI requests
Storage Access: Required only when importing or exporting mind maps (we use the Storage Access Framework with persisted permissions for Android 11+ and request specific permissions for Android 10 and below)

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
Process and complete transactions
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages

4.1 Mind Map Data

All mind maps, categories, and tags are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your mind map data on our servers. This means:

Your mind maps remain private and accessible only on your device
You are responsible for backing up your mind map data
If you uninstall the application, your mind map data may be lost unless you have exported it

4.2 Account and Subscription Data

Account information and subscription status are stored on our servers to provide authentication and subscription services. This data is stored securely and protected using industry-standard security measures.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

When you use AI features, your requests are sent to our servers and may be processed by third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Grok, or Gemini). Only the specific content needed for AI processing is transmitted, not your entire mind map.
